ORDER

1, In the G.Os read as 1st and 2nd papers above, Government have declared certain Implementing Officers of the Local Self Government Institutions as Drawing and Disbursing Officers. Guidelines for the allocation of Funds to Local Self Government Institutions and drawal of the funds were issued in the G.O read as 3rd paper above. As per the G.O read as 4th paper above, Government have declared the Assistant Engineer deployed to Grama Panchayats as Implementing Officers in connection with public works, undertaken by Grama Panchayats.

2, Government, after examining the matter in detail, are pleased to declare the Assistant Engineer of Grama Panchayats as Drawing and Disbursing Officers for the funds earmarked to Grama Panchayats.
